Registration for the February group is NOW OPEN! I only accept 10 women into each group, and in order to participate, you must be:
- A woman between the ages of 35 and 55
- Seeking to lose between 10 and 40 pounds
- Willing and able to make lifestyle changes
- Open to cooking (even a little)
- A Facebook user
