This month, I’m so thrilled to finally be finished with my studio in Red Bank and offering personal and small-group training in-person again!
I am absolutely loving the renovation – check out this before-and-after!
The new space is at least double the size of my old studio, which means that I can accommodate 2-4 people at a time (instead of just one) for workouts.
Where is Red Bank Personal Training?
In Red Bank, my personal training studio is near Red Bank Middle School, just south of downtown. Please schedule a phone consultation by clicking this link, so that we can chat. Sessions are by appointment only.
I also train in-home. If your schedule is busy or you would prefer not to wrangle childcare, I can pop into your house for 60-minute sessions to make fitness more convenient for you. When you schedule your phone consultation, let me know if you are interested in in-home training!
I offer in-home training in Red Bank, Fair Haven, Rumson, Shrewsbury, Little Silver, and Middletown South.
Who It’s For
The typical client I work with is often a busy professional women and/or mom (30+). My typical client either has trouble sticking with exercise on her own and needs extra structure. Or, she wants to step up her fitness game and get more “wow” physique results for a special event. My goal is to streamline your health habits for the most effectiveness, without extra stress.
To decide if my style of coaching would work well for you, consider these three real-life clients who achieved their goals:
Jenna (31) was getting married, and knew that her busy job at an NYC tech company had caused her to put on more weight than she was comfortable. Standing at a petite 4’10”, Jenna weighed 120 pounds. While not overweight, Jenna knew that she wanted to lose 15-20 pounds to look and feel her best
Jenna lost 18 pounds and looked like a movie star for her wedding. Now that the wedding’s over, she has a set of grocery shopping and meal prepping routines that make healthy living easy.
“It is maintainable. I wasn’t saying ‘no’ to anything.” – Jenna
Kelly (43) is a busy business owner, author, and mom to three sons. Between her business and her boys, Kelly didn’t have a lot of time to devote to her own fitness. But after having kids, Kelly felt that she had lost focus on her own health, and that her midsection showed it. Also, she had a big Europe trip coming up, and wanted to feel bikini-ready for Sicily!
She not only lost 10 pounds, but she also got hooked on barbell training and ran a fast 10K! In the process, she developed eating habits that allowed her to continue to enjoy her favorite foods.
“It’s almost like my fibers and my muscle and my skin are sewing themselves back together and getting stronger.” – Kelly
Karis (39) is a married financial adviser who is incredibly active in giving back to her community. Karis also has PCOS, which makes weight loss even harder. When we started working together, we wanted to emphasize a high level of self-care in addition to strength training and nutrition changes. Not only did Karis lose 10 pounds of fat, complete her first sprint triathlon, and learn to love weightlifting, but she now plans to kick off her 40’s with a 500-mile hike of the Camino de Santiago!
“My guess is that many of your clients are so bold and brave in so many other aspects of their lives, and it’s hard to try something new. But the feeling of accomplishment after you do that, and being able to maybe inspire others, is just an immeasurable feeling.” – Karis
My name is Rachel Trotta, and I am a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM) and a Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist (ACE).
Initially, I became a personal trainer because I lost 50 pounds – something that I thought I could never do. Moreover, I felt that my approach had not been restrictive or overly intense, and healthy cooking and exercise became a passion for me. After dabbling with a food blog for years, I took the plunge and became a full-time professional.
I’m so glad I did, because I’ve had the pleasure of working with hundreds of women all over the United States, both in-person and remotely, and I truly believe that safe, sane, sustainable lifestyle changes are the way to success.
If you look at my reviews on Facebook or Google, you’ll see lots of words like “common-sense,” “caring,” “effective,” and “eye-opening.” My business isn’t about quick fixes, detoxes, or gimmicky fads – just about giving you the help you need to build the lifestyle and body you really want.
