What is Online Coaching?
I will create a workout plan for you that is perfect for you, and we will also work on weekly nutrition strategies. Instead of using a one-size-fits-all diet, I will tailor your nutrition goals to your unique needs and preferences.
Each week, when we check in, we will go over any learning experiences from the prior week. Additionally, we’ll discuss your upcoming schedule and anticipate curve balls before they happen.
Instead of repeating exercises over and over, I design your workouts to be progressive (i.e. they will become harder each week). I completely revise exercise plans every month, based on how the previous month went.
Online coaching is also a great way to tackle any specific issues you may struggle with, like stress eating or motivation.
You will also get group support via my closed Facebook group, Habits First.
