I am doing this series because when I train clients, I realize that there is a lot of misinformation, confusion, and conflicting information floating around. For example, female clients who say that they don’t want to lift weights because they “don’t want to get bulky” demonstrate a common misconception about strength training. I’m ready to shine the light on some fitness fiction that keeps people from living their best life!
