I get it. When you’re busy with work and family, taking care of your health and fitness can get pushed to the back burner. But at some point, you suddenly realize that a few months has become a few years, and you need that extra nudge of accountability, structure, and support to make your goals happen.
I believe that healthy habits make people happier. I am passionate about coaching women to pursue simple, sustainable strategies that promote better health, self-esteem, fitness, and a more positive outlook on life and themselves.
