I offer one-on-one personal training, but I can also be contracted for group fitness events, as well as for workshops and seminars on the topics of nutrition, habit formation, meal-prep/cooking, and healthy living.

Option 1: The “Making the Changes That Matter” Project
This long-term project, based in my e-mail newsletter, is no-cost and no-commitment. All you have to do is follow a few simple instructions. Check out this blog post to learn how to participate!
Option 2: Online Group Coaching
Sign up for online group coaching (a closed, private Facebook group for one month). You’ll be placed into my exclusive online group with about 9 other people for weekly workouts, accountability check-ins, educational videos, and live discussion!
Each month is $150, but early bird specials of $99 are available during each pre-registration period!

Option 3: One-on-One Premium Coaching
Finally, this option is best for those who have specific weight loss or physique goals and want detailed, one-on-one attention over a long period of time.
My one-on-one premium clients are based all over the world, and these women get incredible results through shifting their approach to exercise and nutrition, leaving behind old baggage about their bodies, and opening their minds to a new way of thinking and feeling about health.
